On this site are recent paintings done in oil. I primarily use a palette knife. I love the thick texture and the happy little mistakes that happen along the creative process.
I put this painting together from several pictures that I had taken up in Ely, Minnesota......and the North Woods of Wisconsin. I love the serenity of the forest.
