On this site are recent paintings done in oil. I primarily use a palette knife. I love the thick texture and the happy little mistakes that happen along the creative process.
This is a plein air painting I did in Schaumburg . It was such a beautiful day, and to make it even better I set my easel up under a tree where a bird serenaded me the whole time I was there. Oil on canvas on panel, 6"H x 8"W
