On this site are recent paintings done in oil. I primarily use a palette knife. I love the thick texture and the happy little mistakes that happen along the creative process.
I used splashes of color to lead the viewer into this painting; from cadmium red light, to light blue, to violet and finally greenish blue. Oil on canvas panel, 12"H x 12"W
